Technical / Venue Requirements
Load-In & Load-Out / Setup Times
Next Level Mobile Entertainment typically requires at least two hours for load-in, setup, and sound & lighting checks (three hours for wedding receptions). We will arrive two hours before your earliest guests (three hours for wedding receptions). After your event, we need up to two hours for teardown and load-out. These times are included in your rate—no additional fees for setup or teardown.
Stage / Performance Area Requirements
Next Level Mobile Entertainment can adapt to various layouts, but we typically require a setup area at least 12′ wide by 8′ deep with a minimum of 8′ overhead clearance. We do not provide an elevated stage or risers and will set up at floor level if a stage is not available.
Deposit / Payment Terms
Next Level Mobile Entertainment requires a non-refundable deposit to secure any date. The amount of the non-refundable deposit will vary depending on the event type and/or date. Any remaining balance is due on the date of the event before Next Level leave the premises of your event. We accept many forms of payment: Credit/Debit Card, Check, Cash, PayPal, Venmo, and Cashapp. (NOTE: When writing checks, they must be made payable to: 440 Graphics, LLC.)
