Technical / Venue Requirements
Load-In & Load-Out / Setup Times
Next Level Mobile Entertainment will typically require at least two full hours to load-in, set-up, and perform sound & lighting checks (three hours for wedding receptions.) For most events, we will arrive two hours before your earliest guests are scheduled to arrive (three hours before wedding receptions.) At the conclusion of your event, we will require up to two hours to tear-down and load-out equipment.
Stage / Performance Area Requirements
Next Level Mobile Entertainment can work with many different layouts and arrangements, but typically, we will require a stage (or other setup area) that is a *minimum* of 12′ wide by 8′ deep with a minimum of 8′ clearance above the entire setup area. Next Level does NOT provide an elevated stage and/or risers and will simply set up on the floor level if a stage is not provided.
Deposit / Payment Terms
Next Level Mobile Entertainment requires a non-refundable deposit to secure any date. The amount of the non-refundable deposit will vary depending on the event type and/or date. Any remaining balance is due on the date of the event before Next Level leave the premises of your event. (Please make checks payable to: KLEVR Grafix, LLC.)
